Thermoline's Australian Made drying ovens are designed to remove moisture from products and samples.

Adjustable air inlet and exhaust vents supply fresh air into the chamber while removing moist air from the chamber. Typical applications include moisture removal from soil, paper, timber, plaster, fabric, coal and other minerals.

This drying oven has been specifically designed by Thermoline for the efficient drying of macadamia nuts.

The controller is preset to do a specific program which is recommended for the sampling of "nut-in-shell" and "kernel recovery" evaluations.

These unique drying ovens are built to the requirements set in Australian Standard AS1681-2002 and as such, feature positive and continuous minimum ventilation with an inbuilt purge timer to remove volatile vapours.

Available in 150 and 500 litre capacities, both are designed and manufactured by Thermoline to store volatile materials such as bitumen, paint or varnish.

Our largest drying ovens feature a massive 2400L of capacity for the double door and 1200L for the single door models. They are often used in process for drying soil samples for various purposes, such as for moisture content analysis.

These large capacity Australian Made ovens use four industrial fan motors in the double door and two in the single door to circulate hot air at a controlled temperature to evenly dry the soil samples.

The glassware drying ovens manufactured by Thermoline are built upon the standard drying ovens range but with specifically designed features for drying laboratory glassware.

These glassware dryers are used to remove any residual moisture or liquids from laboratory glassware after cleaning, to prevent contamination or reaction with chemicals during experiments.
